Chapter Leadership Positions

We have vacancies for our chapter leader positions across the nation! Please fill out our application using the button above and let us know your city/state – someone will be touch to further discuss with you.

Chief of Staff Positions

  • Helps with overall direction of the oxyGEN CoS team including monitoring task completions, progress on big projects, etc.
  • Fills in for the CoS for national board meetings as needed
  • Helps assist with large CoS and/or regional CoS projects

Time Commitment: 4-5 hours per week

  • Lead or support with various chief of staff projects as needed
  • Support projects for and act as liaison to Regional Presidents and Chapter Leaders

Time Commitment: 4-5 hours per week

Note: Three openings, one in each region (Central, West, and East)

  • Manage annual election process for the national board mid-year (early Q3)
  • Solicit national board nominations, manage voting process and report results

Time Commitment: 1 hour per week*

*Hours per week during election season increase to a minimum 4-5 hours per week

  • Provide support to local chapters during elections
  • Partner with Regional CoS and Presidents to track local election nominations, voting process and results.

Time Commitment: 1 hour per week*

*Hours per week during election season increase to 2-3 hours per week

  • Recruit new Advisors and build relationships with existing advisors/directors for oxyGEN
  • Manage communications to and meetings with the Board of Advisors and Board of Directors
  • Promote oxyGEN’s brand with AT&T leaders and business units and facilitate partnerships

Time Commitment: 3-4 hours per week

  • Draft agenda, take notes and keep records of all national board meetings; make records available as needed to members
  • Help on communications and presentations to board members, chapter leaders, directors and advisors

Time Commitment: 2 hours per week

  • Review and update by-laws as needed with national board
  • Observe all national board and CoS team meetings
  • Ensure adherence to by-laws by national board and CoS team
  • Advise the National Board and local chapters on bylaws and parliamentary matters

Time Commitment: 1-2 hours per week

  • Maintain membership roster at national level
  • Maintain national and local leadership contact information
  • Partner with Marketing Team and Regional CoS to recruit new oxyGEN members

Time Commitment: 1-2 hours per week

Program/Event Positions

  • Helps with overall direction of the oxyGEN Program Department including monitoring task completions, progress on big projects, etc.
  • Fills in for the CPO for national board meetings as needed
  • Helps assist with large program projects
  • Brainstorms ideas to elevate oxyGEN

Time Commitment: 2-3 hours per week

  • Create volunteer plan to engage membership
  • Ensures all programs have fundraising/volunteering aspect
  • Presents results on volunteer activity monthly at National Board meeting

Time Commitment: 1 hour per week

  • Creates new programs and project plans to be shared with chapters or nationally
  • Manages program overall and shares results at completion
  • Brainstorming and actively engaging in team and individual environments
  • Biweekly meetings to coordinate timeline of programs and events

Time Commitment: 2 hours per week

  • Actively helps get oxyGEN’s name out there
  • with social media, merchandise, recruiting new members

Time Commitment: 1-2 hours per week

  • Makes sure that the oxyGEN is maintain budget and fundraising according to our goals
  • Works with the CFO team to make sure program expenses and fundraising money is cared for
  • Assists with creation of program budgets

Time Commitment: 1 hour per week

Create and manage your own event program! This person will brainstorm new programs and/or events at  the national level in relation to these two categories:

  • Sustainability Program Lead
  • Career Development Program Lead

Marketing Positions

  • Helps with overall direction of the oxyGEN Marketing Department including monitoring task completions, progress on big projects, etc.
  • Fills in for the CMO for national board meetings as needed
  • Helps assist with large marketing projects
  • Brainstorms ideas to elevate oxyGEN

Time Commitment: 2-3 hours per week

  • Adds events to event calendar
  • Sends prep emails and thank you notes
  • Creation of event on-demand
  • Ensures holistic marketing support for all events
  • Brainstorms new event ideas and facilitation ideas

Time Commitment: 2 hours per week

  • Assistance with creation of one-pagers, flyers, presentation decks
  • Creation of animated GIFs, creative photography, etc.
  • Brings ideas on how to make oxyGEN designs more eye-catching and polished

Time Commitment: 1 hour per week

  • Represents the brand positively in a multitude of settings
  • Generates brand awareness through word-of-mouth marketing
  • Promotes the brand via his personal social media accounts
  • Participates in event marketing

Time commitment: 1-2 hours per week

  • Creates oxyGEN blogs with information, ideas, and more relevant to membership base
  • Assists with writing letters, thank you notes, and newsletter blurbs as needed
  • Helps generate ideas for content marketing

Time commitment: 2 hours per week

  • Makes sure that the oxyGEN website stays eye-catching and up to date with relevant information
  • Brainstorms ideas for website consistency, cutting-edge designs, and more
  • Assists with creation of new pages as needed

Time Commitment: 2 hours per week

  • Helps maintain the oxyGEN Website to ensure all content is up to date
  • Maintains oxyGEN Event Calendar
  • Ensures we have consistent brand voice across website
  • Creates new pages/posts as needed

Time Commitment: 2-3 hours per week

In charge of all oxyGEN Communications including but not limited to:

  • Monthly Newsletter
  • Ad hoc communications
  • Email writing assistance
  • Chapter leader communications

Time Commitment: 2-3 hours per week

Helps with creating holistic marketing strategy for all of oxyGEN Programs and events including but not limited to:

  • Flyer creation
  • Registration page creation
  • Reaching out to other organizations
  • Follow-up and reminder emails
  • Preps event team for day of

Time Commitment: 1-3 hours a week

Finance Positions

  • Assist with the day to day need of the Scholarship Program
  • Work on communications
  • Facilitate updates as needed to Scholarship program.

Time Commitment: 1 hour per week

  • Work on both National and Chapter Fundraising events.
  • Communications as needed for fundraising.

Time Commitment: 1 hour per week

Technology Positions

  • Makes sure that the oxyGEN website stays eye-catching and up to date with relevant information
  • Brainstorms ideas for website consistency, cutting-edge designs, and more
  • Assists with creation of new pages as needed

Time commitment: 2 hours per week

  • Manages and mitigates Astra alerts to ensure secure platform
  • Optimizes Cloud solution for user experience and cost savings
  • Works with CTO to determine overall cloud strategy

Time commitment: 1 hour per week

  • Work with clients to understand ideas
  • Develop requirements for MVP
  • Design ETE software architecture

Time commitment: 1 hour per week

  • Develop and manage mobile application
  • Deliver automation solutions to improve operational efficiencies
  • Create dashboards to track KPIs
  • Create programs and tutorials for outreach

Time commitment: 1 hour per week

  • Work cross-organizational to identify opportunity areas
  • Create programs and tutorials for outreach
  • Perform customer segmentation to improve targeted emails and events

Time commitment: 1-2 hours per week

  • Work closely with Chief Programs Officer to identify opportunities for oxyGEN, both internal and external
  • Communicate with Technology Program Manager and Systems Engineer to develop requirements and goals
