Disrupt Work
This speaker series showcases innovative leaders that have challenged the status quo and largely disrupted their environments. perspective. We’re focusing on the topic of disruption inside and outside of the workplace. We discuss the good, bad and the ugly, with the realization that everyone deals with ups and downs in life, careers, and relationships.
We’re encouraging participants to move past no, and to redefine the word failure by inviting speakers that share relatable, uncomfortable and powerful personal stories. Participants are grateful for the open environment to discuss these topics. A lot of us learn and get inspired from learning from real people with real stories.

This is a career development series that aims to help our members hone crucial skills needed for advancing their careers. This includes:

One of the pillars of oxyGEN has always been to help our members hone their skills to allow them to get to where they want to be in their career. This is embedded in our DNA as we strive to “develop the future leaders of tomorrow”.
Coding Camp
It is no secret that technology is moving at a rapid pace. Many would even claim that coding is the future – those who do not learn to code may be left behind. Coding camps are also a great way for children to learn computational skills and learn how to process information in a logical way. We believe that this is a great foundation for children to have that will set them on the path to success. oxyGEN is partnering with organizations to help bring coding camps to local areas to help develop the future leaders of tomorrow.
