Our theme for 2021 is all about finding a way to recharge and finding a way to move forward.

The oxyGEN National Board has spent a significant amount of time listening to our oxyGEN family and reflecting on the past year. 2020 undoubtedly was a year that impacted so many with uncertainty, challenges, and even pain. As the saying goes, “There’s a light at the end of every tunnel”, and we are optimistic 2021 will reflect just that! Your voices made an impact and helped create and develop oxyGEN’s 2021 theme. Take a deep breath and clear your mind. REFRESH is what 2021 is all about!

As we leave behind 2020 and all its challenges, we take time to reflect and look ahead into 2021. Your National Board has worked diligently to create and develop programs that focus on positivity, mental health, and reconnecting with others. We are looking forward to some exciting social networking events and podcasts that will refresh and elevate you. We will be providing inspiring stories from members and leadership that focus on positive change and highlight overcoming obstacles. We are bringing back programs you already know and love with a refreshing twist, such as our Career Development Series and Disrupt Work.
