As the chief executive officer, my main responsibility is to develop and execute the organization’s overall strategy. In addition to this, I also oversee our oxyGEN National Board and communicate with all stakeholders. My goal is to elevate oxyGEN by strengthening our operations, honing in on our technology and marketing functions, and enriching the value that we provide our members.
Day-to-Day: Member of Technical Staff (Advanced Technology & Systems)
Tim is a Member of Technical Staff in the Network Service Quality Management team at AT&T Advanced Technology & Systems where he is driving data insights and solutioning network automation in ECOMP/ONAP to enhance Operations. As Chief Technology Officer, Anthony is responsible for managing the technical side of oxyGEN. Anthony works with the oxyGEN Technology Committee to develop exciting new projects that can be used by both the oxyGEN community and the broader AT&T community. Anthony is a Senior Member of Technical Staff in the Network Analytics & Automation team within AT&T Labs where he is developing network automation solutions to maintain and improve AT&T’s network. As the Event Marketing Director, I primarily ensure the all of the events oxyGEN puts on gets marketed properly. This includes ensuring the teams putting together the events have everything they need to make sure they are successful as well as adding them to our website, ensuring they events are sent out to our members and posted on our social media platforms within a timely response.Day-to-Day: Principal Network Project/Program Management, Engineering & Operations
I am a principal network project and program manager in Engineering and Operations working on cloud projects. I manage the infrastructure projects for the Deep Network Integration program, which supports application moves to the cloud. I am also managing the IPE migration to the new P-Leaf infrastructure and the production proof of concept for Segment Routing. Regional President - East
OXYGEN Responsibilities: Regional President - East
As a regional president - East, Doti acts as liaison between the east, mid-west, and southeast chapters and the national board.Day-to-Day: Senior Compliance Analyst - HR Benefits
Doti is responsible for supplier governance for all HR suppliers this includes reviewing each agreement, determining the level of risk, and assigning oversight measures to monitor risk levels. This process ensures that all employee data shared with our suppliers is protected. In addition to governance duties, Doti is responsible for BCP, RIM and Access Management for the Benefits organization.Beyond the Day-to-Day:
Doti can normally be found at local Dallas performing arts venues when not at work. Volunteer Front of House and Concierge team member at the AT&T Performing Arts Center (volunteer of the year 2019 - 2021). Volunteer Ambassador, and employed as Head Usher, Lobby Lead, Desk Attendant and Accessibility Concierge for Broadway Dallas (volunteer of the year 2019, Front of House employee of the month, November 2023). Volunteer host and usher for Dallas Theater center. Regular participation in AHA Heart Walk, and many other company sponsored and community events.- Received the Presidential Volunteer Service Award every year from 2014 until we transitioned away from the program.

In my 7th year of the Sales and Distribution organization, I’ll have spent more than half of that time as an Integrated Solutions Manager. Daily, I support and lead our direct-sales team throughout South-Eastern Wisconsin. With the unrelenting efforts of my Sales-Support Lead, Brandon Wegner, we work to consistently compete at a high level by serving our customers first. oxyGEN Responsibilities: Chief of Staff
As a Chief of Staff, my primary focus is board development and management. This includes internal communications and management of the National oxyGEN board members, along with facilitating and keeping a record of our board meetings. I am also in charge of building relationships with and managing both our Board of Advisors (usually AT&T officers) and Board of Directors (past national board members) who advise oxyGEN. I lead the annual election process for the National Board and supporting local chapter elections (along with the Regional Presidents and Regional Chiefs of Staff), and I’m responsible for updates to the organization’s bylaws and internal record keeping at the national level. oxyGEN Responsibilities: Interim Social Media Director I develop and execute social media strategies and communications plans. I design, write and publish content on oxyGEN social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook). I collaborate with local chapters and national board members to draft top line messaging that promotes awareness of our organizational goals, programs and initiatives. I also track audience engagement on our various social media channels and ensure all published content is timely, meaningful and impactful for the intended audience.Day to day: Lead Channel Manager, Channel Marketing
I am a Lead Consultant – Communications manager. I am a member of the AT&T Technology Services (ATS) Chief of Staff team responsible for supporting our Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Officer.
