Program Overview
The oxyGEN scholarship program celebrates our commitment to growth through the pursuit of higher education. Our scholarship recognizes student’s ability to demonstrate critical and creative thinking by effectively communicating the importance of a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) topic of their choice and their ability to make an impact in the field or in their community.
Complete the scholarship application by April 30, 2024, 11:59 pm ET. This deadline will not be extended, and incomplete applications will not be considered.
Am I eligible to apply?
Applicants are eligible regardless of major or area of study. (You don’t have to be pursing a degree in a STEM field)
Applicants who meet all criteria, including AT&T employees and their family, are eligible to apply.
Applicant must enroll in an accredited (2-year or 4-year) undergraduate program within the U.S. for the 2024 – 2025 year.
Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
I'm eligible! Now what?
Create a 2-4 minute video on a STEM topic of your choice – be sure to follow the application guidelines!

- Applicants will receive an email by June 30, 2024 to let them know if they are a 2024 Scholarship Recipient
- The minimum scholarship amount awarded is $1000
- Scholarship fund will be paid directly to the college or university. Scholarship recipients will be asked to provide their student identification number and the address to their school’s Bursar office
