Sapna Jain – Vice President of Transformation in the Business Technology and Product Development (BTPD) business unit at AT&T Technology Services (ATS)

Sapna is a visionary leader with more than 20 years of experience driving enterprise-scale technology implementations that catalyze long-term, customer-centric business transformation. Passionate about harnessing technology to solve complex challenges, she leads the Transformation office dedicated to modernizing legacy IT systems, reducing complexity and associated costs. Her commitment to blending strategic insight with technological expertise continues to propel the business toward sustainable growth and operational excellence.

A recognized innovator, Sapna holds three patents and a Women of Color STEM Award for outstanding technical contributions. Several of her innovations have garnered significant recognition for AT&T, including a prestigious CIO Award.

Sapna earned her bachelor’s degree in computer science from Delhi University in India and an Executive MBA from Southern Methodist University, Dallas. She lives in Dallas with her husband, Puneet, and two children. She is a cofounder of Shiksha Sankalp, a nonprofit organization devoted to educating underprivileged kids. She enjoys music, traveling, thriller series, and nature walks.
