Feel Good Friday is a monthly session series designed to bring participants together to meditate, learn, and build their practice one step at a time. Held on the last Friday of every month, each session provides an opportunity to deepen your meditative experience, strengthen your understanding, and continue growing in your personal wellness journey.
Participants will receive practical knowledge they can begin applying from day one. After each session, the presentation materials and recording will be shared so participants can revisit the content at their own pace.
Join us to learn the basics and experience the benefits of true meditation. This practice is simple and accessible—anyone can participate. You do not need to bring anything other than an open mind and a willing heart to experience a moment of stillness within.
