oxyGEN: Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer, Anthony is responsible for managing the technical side of oxyGEN. Anthony works with the oxyGEN Technology Committee to develop exciting new projects that can be used by both the oxyGEN community and the broader AT&T community. Anthony also works with all members of the community to discuss future ideas for technology-based events.

Day-to-Day: Member of Technical Staff (Advanced Technology & Systems)

Anthony is a Senior Member of Technical Staff in the Network Analytics & Automation team within AT&T Labs where he is developing network automation solutions to maintain and improve AT&T’s network. Key responsibilities include partnering with business partners to discover business logic requirements and developing automated microservices to address said requirements – including the planning, development, testing, and deployment stages.

oxyGEN Responsibilities:

Tasked with facilitating events centered around fundraising for oxyGEN DFW. My role involves developing and executing the funding plan for oxyGEN Dallas, managing committee direct reports, and overseeing all oxyGEN Dallas fundraising events. I will ensure timely execution, meet event deadlines, and approve the Event Run of Show at least one week before each event. During events, my assistance is crucial in helping Event Owners adhere to the Pre/Post Event Timeline. Additionally, I am responsible for post-event follow-up by capturing and reporting event metrics. 

Day-to-Day: Specialty Sales Executive, Digital

As a Specialist Sales Executive, Digital at AT&T I am responsible for handling leads generated by digital sales platforms. These leads include inbound calls, digital requests for additional information, online click-to-chats, and digital outbound leads. I am tasked with following up on these leads within specified timeframes and managing them through the sales process to eventually close new revenue deals. Additionally, as a Specialist Sales Executive I prepare sales documentation, activity reports, and forecasts.

oxyGEN Responsibilities:

As Director of Volunteerism for our Milwaukee Chapter, I am responsible for planning events that allow our local membership to give back and serve the community. In 2022, we hosted events with Hunger Task Force Milwaukee, Milwaukee Habitat for Humanity, and fund raisers for the oxyGEN Scholarship Fund with the Milwaukee Bucks. Working closely with fellow board members, in 2023, I plan to continue this momentum and provide even more opportunities for us to give back!​

Day-to-Day: Manager of Network Services, AFO

I am a Network Services Manager in Milwaukee WI. I lead and support a team of 15 Premise Technicians. We strive to work safely while serving our customers, delivering the latest technology to customers in our community. Throughout the day, I manage the techs workload and assist with any roadblocks they encounter, frequently working with other departments to resolve issues. In addition, I am responsible for conducting new hire orientation for Premise Techs hired into our area. I also serve as lead for the Midwest DECA outreach program through Women in Network EN.

Outside of AT&T, I enjoy spending time with my family travelling. My favorite place to visit is San Juan, Puerto Rico.​

oxyGEN Responsibilities:

As a chief of staff, I wear a lot of different hats. I work on key communication materials and coordinate logistics of various events. I help coordinate all oxyGEN meetings, take notes, and track meeting follow-up items. I track high priority initiatives and identify any obstacles that may be in the way. I also help maintain relationships with our Board of Advisors and Board of Directors. ​

Day-to-Day:Customer Contracts Specialist, Network Engineering & Operations​ 

My team supports AT&T Engineering Contracts and Projects in 12 states. Key responsibilities include providing a white glove experience for our customers and non-customers with Engineering and Operational Projects. ​

oxyGEN Responsibilities:

As Vice President, I help manage key metrics and performance of the Wisconsin Chapter. If our Chapter President is unavailable, I represent our organization.  My favorite part of fulfilling this role is partnering with members to see their ideas become reality.​

Day-to-Day: Integrated Solutions Manager 

In my 7th year of the Sales and Distribution organization, I’ll have spent more than half of that time as an Integrated Solutions Manager. Daily, I support and lead our direct-sales team throughout South-Eastern Wisconsin. With the unrelenting efforts of my Sales-Support Lead, Brandon Wegner, we work to consistently compete at a high level by serving our customers first. My passion in this role is to find, train and develop leaders.​

oxyGEN Responsibilities:

As Chief-of-Staff for our Michigan chapter, I look to promote participation and growth in the Southeastern Michigan area as we reach across outposts to collaborate with the existing Northern Michigan Outpost leadership. I will bring together a team of leaders to support our President and Vice President toward contributing  to our impact agenda as we begin to define how we will serve to advance our mission. I look to conduct research to understand our core audience, volunteers, participants, and members. Research data, and insights will lead us along a path that increases participation and enhances overall operations.​

As Treasurer, my main goal is to come up with new and exciting ways to do fundraisers. As we begin to migrate back towards an office environment, we are hoping to bring many of the fundraisers we used to bring our members back.​

Hi everyone, my name is Hamza Farooq, I’m an ambitious computer science graduate from Georgia State University​and I’m located in Atlanta, GA. I chose to study computer science because I always believed that technology can have such a positive impact on our daily lives and businesses this led to me to some exciting internship opportunities with NCR as a ML/AI Data Intern and UPS as a Buildings and Systems Engineering Intern, and now I’m currently working with AT&T as a Network Engineer within the Technology Development Program.

My name is Giselle Brizuela, and I am based in Atlanta, GA. I joined AT&T in 2024 and work as a Lead Tech Vendor Manager in the Technology Services business unit, supporting our strategic vendors within IT infrastructure services. My name is Ana Dominguez, and I’m located in Dallas, Texas. I’m originally form Cd. Juarez, Chihuahua and I have lived half of my life in Mexico and half in the U.S. My journey at AT&T began in the Technology Development Program, where I gained diverse experience laying a solid foundation for my future endeavors within the company. My next roles capitalized on my expertise in data science and data analytics. I went on to conduct pivotal data analyses to refine the Appointment Excellence program in the Customer Engagement team and led efforts in adopting artificial intelligence technologies to enhance the agent experience in AT&T's Customer Connect in the Centers Experience Team.​ I currently work in the Operational Efficiency team on initiatives to minimize third-party spend driving significant cost savings and operational improvements. I began my AT&T Journey two years ago as a Platinum Sales Executive, but I quickly realized that with my history of managing, moving fast, and innovating processes that my calling was Sales Operations. As Communication Chair of oxyGEN Dallas, Jasmine is responsible for creating monthly newsletters that is sent out to the Dallas chapter members. This allows Jasmine to utilize Figma and Word to design newsletters, stay connected with activities and events happening for the Dallas chapter and in the city of Dallas.

Day-to-Day: UX Researcher - Design Technology

Jasmine is a Sr. UX Researcher part of the CXDT (Customer Experience + Design Technology) team focusing on discovery research for our partners understanding the user journey, pain points, and opportunity areas. She works closely with UX designers and content designers to test and deliver concepts or prototypes to inform the business on what will improve the customer experience in the future.

As a treasure for Dallas chapter, Connie is responsible for all financial matters for the chapter. This includes financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, facilitating, managing the fundraisers and any other financial needs as they arise. Connie also actively steps in and helps other functions as needed.

Connie, a recent graduate from the FLDP program, now takes charge of strategy and relationship management with important digital players and alliances. Her main task is to find and maximize growth opportunities for AT&T.​

I can speak, read, and write Spanish fluently and I am currently working on polishing up my French and learning Arabic.  Coming from a strong Mexican-American household, family is everything to me. I graduated from Texas A&M International University in 2019 and started my career  in the B2B Sales Development Program in 2021. oxyGEN Responsibilities:

I develop and execute social media strategies and communications plans. I design, write and publish content on oxyGEN social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook). I collaborate with local chapters and national board members to draft top line messaging that promotes awareness of our organizational goals, programs and initiatives. I also track audience engagement on our various social media channels and ensure all published content is timely, meaningful and impactful for the intended audience.

Day to day: Lead Channel Manager, Channel Marketing

I am a Lead Consultant – Communications manager. I am a member of the AT&T Technology Services (ATS) Chief of Staff team responsible for supporting our Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Officer. Key responsibilities include SharePoint and MS Teams platform development and management, team event planning, employee engagement, DEI programs and initiatives oversight.

oxyGEN Responsibilities:

As the Chief Marketing Officer, I get to have my hands in multiple projects so there's never a dull moment. In my role, I lead our Marketing Committee ensuring our Newsletter gets published, assist with website updates, social media graphics and more.

Day to day: Assistant Store Manager

I am an Assistant Store Manager in the southeast region. My day to day consists of working on the front lines with our customers and leading my team to make a long lasting impact with each customer that comes into the store. I’m a Summit winner with AT&T and a 2022 MDP Graduate.

Day in the life:  

On my free time you can usually find me hanging out with my dog and going out and exploring the city. I am a graduate from Western Governors University with a Bachelors in Business Administration and Marketing.

oxyGEN Responsibilities:

As a Chief of Staff, my primary focus is board development and management. This includes internal communications and management of the National oxyGEN board members, along with facilitating and keeping a record of our board meetings.  I am also in charge of building relationships with and managing both our Board of Advisors (usually AT&T officers) and Board of Directors (past national board members) who advise oxyGEN. I lead the annual election process for the National Board and supporting local chapter elections (along with the Regional Presidents and Regional Chiefs of Staff), and I’m responsible for updates to the organization’s bylaws and internal record keeping at the national level.

Day-to-Day: Principal Program Manager, AT&T HR Mergers & Acquisitions

I am a Principal Program Manager in HR Mergers & Acquisitions, and my team is engaged when there is a potential deal that will move employees between AT&T and another company, whether it’s an insourcing, outsourcing, acquisition or divestiture. I usually manage a portfolio of projects with multiple global clients from either Corporate Development, Supply Chain, and/or Sales Channel; and these projects are typically complex and span multiple business units and/or countries. I am responsible for end-to-end project management of the employee transition process, from the due diligence analysis needed to negotiate the employee terms in a new contract to the employee transition when their paycheck actually changes hands to the new company. I partner with a variety of stakeholders and SMEs across AT&T to try to make these transitions as smooth as possible and meet the needs of our business and our employees.

oxyGEN Responsibilities: As Chief Programs Officer, Michelle is responsible for managing and creating our national Programs and ensuring the Program Committees have what they need to be successful. She also has an important role in the logistics of the events ensuring collateral is sent out in a timely manner and that events are staffed correctly to run smoothly. Day-to-Day: Senior Sales System Engineer 2 Fiber, National Business Solutions Michelle is a technical consultant to the North Carolina fiber team located in Raleigh, NC with a focus on fiber and internet solutions for small and medium businesses. She supports ten direct fiber sellers and their customers by assisting in developing and designing solutions for business clients that need fiber, cybersecurity, and voice services. Key responsibilities include managing solution implementations, contract and solution design, and technical consulting. oxyGEN: Chief Executive Officer

As the chief executive officer, my main responsibility is to develop and execute the organization’s overall strategy. In addition to this, I also oversee our oxyGEN National Board and communicate with all stakeholders. My goal is to elevate oxyGEN by strengthening our operations,  honing in on our technology and marketing functions, and enriching the value that we provide our members.

Tim is a Member of Technical Staff in the Network Service Quality Management team at AT&T Advanced Technology & Systems where he is driving data insights and solutioning network automation in ECOMP/ONAP to enhance Operations. Key responsibilities include partnering with teams to understand pain points, mining data to gain understanding, and innovating software solutions to improve operational efficiency. oxyGEN Responsibilities:  As a Chief Financial Officer, Jennifer is responsible for all financial matters for the ERG. This includes taxes, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting,  facilitating, managing the Scholarship Program and any other financial needs as they arise. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Senior Project Program Manager Call Center Strategy & Planning Jennifer is a member of the Call Center Strategy and Planning Team. She supports project and planning both for our Internal and External Call Centers to align with the initiatives for the future of AT&T. oxyGEN Responsibilities:  As Chief Operations Officer, Alicia is responsible for managing and supporting the oxyGEN chapters from the national level.
