oxyGEN Responsibilities:
As Vice President, I help manage key metrics and performance of the Wisconsin Chapter. If our Chapter President is unavailable, I represent our organization. My favorite part of fulfilling this role is partnering with members to see their ideas become reality.Day-to-Day: Integrated Solutions Manager
In my 7th year of the Sales and Distribution organization, I’ll have spent more than half of that time as an Integrated Solutions Manager. Daily, I support and lead our direct-sales team throughout South-Eastern Wisconsin. With the unrelenting efforts of my Sales-Support Lead, Brandon Wegner, we work to consistently compete at a high level by serving our customers first. My passion in this role is to find, train and develop leaders.

oxyGEN Responsibilities:
As Director of Volunteerism for our Milwaukee Chapter, I am responsible for planning events that allow our local membership to give back and serve the community. In 2022, we hosted events with Hunger Task Force Milwaukee, Milwaukee Habitat for Humanity, and fund raisers for the oxyGEN Scholarship Fund with the Milwaukee Bucks. Working closely with fellow board members, in 2023, I plan to continue this momentum and provide even more opportunities for us to give back!Day-to-Day: Manager of Network Services, AFO
I am a Network Services Manager in Milwaukee WI. I lead and support a team of 15 Premise Technicians. We strive to work safely while serving our customers, delivering the latest technology to customers in our community. Throughout the day, I manage the techs workload and assist with any roadblocks they encounter, frequently working with other departments to resolve issues. In addition, I am responsible for conducting new hire orientation for Premise Techs hired into our area. I also serve as lead for the Midwest DECA outreach program through Women in Network EN.
Outside of AT&T, I enjoy spending time with my family travelling. My favorite place to visit is San Juan, Puerto Rico.

oxyGEN Responsibilities:
As a chief of staff, I wear a lot of different hats. I work on key communication materials and coordinate logistics of various events. I help coordinate all oxyGEN meetings, take notes, and track meeting follow-up items. I track high priority initiatives and identify any obstacles that may be in the way. I also help maintain relationships with our Board of Advisors and Board of Directors. Day-to-Day:Customer Contracts Specialist, Network Engineering & Operations
My team supports AT&T Engineering Contracts and Projects in 12 states. Key responsibilities include providing a white glove experience for our customers and non-customers with Engineering and Operational Projects.
