oxyGEN Responsibilities:

As President of OXYGEN Midwest Chapter I am responsible for guiding our board of directors through all our engagements. I coordinate our board meetings, provide insight and guidance to each board members area of expertise, and actively participate in networking and community engagement events.

Day-to-Day: Manager of Network Services, AFO

I serve in the AT&T Field Operations organization as a SR Specialist Enablement Manager. My day-to-day responsibilities vary because my primary focus is to remove work from the first level field managers plates. Some days that means doing field observations and safety competencies with our technicians; on other days I may be in the office working on various projects for our director. I am the SPOC for our fleet vehicles, capital assets, and our community engagement advocate

Outside of AT&T, I enjoy spending time with my family travelling. My favorite place to visit is San Juan, Puerto Rico.​

OXYGEN Responsibilities: Midwest Region Vice President

As the Vice President of the Midwest Region for OXYGEN, I play a crucial role in enhancing understanding, increasing retention, and developing leadership skills of AT&T’s employees through cross-generational programs, activities, and resources. I support the President in ensuring the group fulfills its mission and represents the group to the company leadership team and other outside organizations. Using my friendly and approachable manner, I help foster a supportive community, encourages understanding and acceptance of generational differences within AT&T, and facilitates personal and professional growth of AT&T’s employees.

Day-to-Day: Technical Specialist in AFO.

I Support the Illinois Outstate South area assisting the AD Field Managers and techs with all their clerical needs. My hobbies are reading watching Soaps, movies and Reality TV (just Big Brother and Survivor) I also play ORGS which are reality games online.I love to travel but don't get much chance to. I also love shopping and eat ing out with my 3 grown children who all travel more than I do.

oxyGEN Responsibilities:

As a chief of staff, I wear a lot of different hats. I work on key communication materials and coordinate logistics of various events. I help coordinate all oxyGEN meetings, take notes, and track meeting follow-up items. I track high priority initiatives and identify any obstacles that may be in the way. I also help maintain relationships with our Board of Advisors and Board of Directors. ​

Day-to-Day:Customer Contracts Specialist, Network Engineering & Operations​ 

My team supports AT&T Engineering Contracts and Projects in 12 states. Key responsibilities include providing a white glove experience for our customers and non-customers with Engineering and Operational Projects. ​

As Director of Events, joining the Board in 2025, I am looking forward to planning meaningful events that support and give back to the community. In addition to organizing these events I am also responsible for recruiting dedicated volunteers to help bring these events to life. With a strong commitment to service and community engagement, I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with both group members and members of the wider community.

Over my 30 year career with AT&T I've held a number of sales, operations and management positions in Milwaukee, WI and North Dallas, TX. Currently I provide consumer and business technology solutions to the good people of SE Wisconsin. What I am most passionate about within my current position is onboarding/training new hires. I provided resources, assist in developing structure/cadence and demonstrate in-field best practices to set them up for success in this new step of their professional development. Outside of AT&T, I enjoy spending time with family, especially my 2 grandkids.

As Director of Member Engagement, joining the Board in 2024, 1 am looking forward to inviting people to join Oxygen. In addition, I am also responsible for recruiting new people to join our events. The Director of Scholarships at OXYGEN ERG oversees the management of scholarship program, supporting the organization’s mission to provide educational opportunities. This role ensures effective outreach, application, and selection processes, while working with partners to broaden access and impact.

Day-to-Day: Director, External & Legislative Affairs

I lead the coordination and execution of external affairs initiatives in Central and Southern Illinois, focusing on public policy, government relations, and strategic communications. I proactively engage with government officials, community leaders, and industry partners to build and maintain strong, productive relationships. My daily responsibilities include developing and implementing advocacy strategies, monitoring legislative and regulatory developments, and representing the company’s interests at various levels of government. I work closely with internal teams to align our messaging and ensure our positions are clearly communicated to stakeholders. I also manage community engagement efforts, organize events, and respond to external inquiries to enhance our corporate reputation.
