oxyGEN Responsibilities:

As the Dallas Chapter President, I steer the ship of day-to-day operations, ensuring our flagship chapter thrives as a vibrant hub for AT&T's young professionals. At the local level, I shape our strategic direction for our chapter, strive to foster a dynamic community, and work to amplify our brand's presence here at our company's headquarters. From orchestrating engaging events that spark innovation and connection among members, to leading fundraising initiatives for our scholarship fund, I do my best to steer the rest of the Dallas leadership team in the right direction. One of my favorite parts of my role is  overseeing the rest of the Dallas local board and meeting new people within and outside of the company. 

Day-to-Day: Lead Product Marketing Manager, Commercialization 

My name is Tonie Martinez, and I’m located in Dallas, Texas. I am a proud Latina, born and raised in Laredo, Texas. I can speak, read, and write Spanish fluently and I am currently working on polishing up my French and learning Arabic.  Coming from a strong Mexican-American household, family is everything to me. I graduated from Texas A&M International University in 2019 and started my career  in the B2B Sales Development Program in 2021. As Lead Product Marketing Manager, I will be responsible for identifying new revenue opportunities, by generating leads, tracking lead close rates and quantifying ROI, while building and fostering relationships with decision makers across various business verticals, for the Mid Market organization through event marketing execution. I am flexible to working individually and in team environments and believe I add value to our teams by being an active listener and a catalyst for execution on team strategies. 

My passions include playing board games, traveling, photography, singing and listening to music, learning about different cultures, and going to the gym. I am a huge Taylor Swift fan, and you will most likely catch me singing her music at least once a day. I have a dog baby named Flabio, she is a 13-year-old Chihuahua.

Connie Kang

Dallas Chapter Director of Treasury

oxyGEN Responsibilities:

As a treasure for Dallas chapter, Connie is responsible for all financial matters for the chapter. This includes financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, facilitating, managing the fundraisers and any other financial needs as they arise. Connie also actively steps in and helps other functions as needed.

Day-to-Day: Corporate Strategy - Strategic Alliances

Connie, a recent graduate from the FLDP program, now takes charge of strategy and relationship management with important digital players and alliances. Her main task is to find and maximize growth opportunities for AT&T.​

Jasmine Chung

Dallas Chapter Director of Communications

oxyGEN Responsibilities:

As Communication Chair of oxyGEN Dallas, Jasmine is responsible for creating monthly newsletters that is sent out to the Dallas chapter members. This allows Jasmine to utilize Figma and Word to design newsletters, stay connected with activities and events happening for the Dallas chapter and in the city of Dallas.

Day-to-Day: UX Researcher - Design Technology

Jasmine is a Sr. UX Researcher part of the CXDT (Customer Experience + Design Technology) team focusing on discovery research for our partners understanding the user journey, pain points, and opportunity areas. She works closely with UX designers and content designers to test and deliver concepts or prototypes to inform the business on what will improve the customer experience in the future.

Day-to-Day: Digital Sales Accelerator  

Howdy! I'm Amber Rieder, a proud alumnus of the University of Texas at Dallas, where I honed my skills in the Professional Sales and Marketing Program. Driven by my passion for continuous learning, I'm currently expanding my expertise through an MBA program at Western Governors University. I thrive in my role within the Digital Sales Accelerator team (S2). My dedication and results-driven approach were recognized early in my career, earning me the prestigious honor of my first Diamond a testament to my commitment and ability to excel in a dynamic, competitive environment. As I look towards 2024, I'm excited to continue pushing the boundaries of digital sales and am ambitiously working towards securing my second Diamond Award and S3 Progression. My journey at AT&T is not just about accolades; it's about constant growth, embracing new challenges, and contributing to the transformative world of AT&T!

Ana Dominguez

Dallas Chapter Chief of Staff

oxyGEN Responsibilities:

As a Chief of Staff, I am responsible for keeping the chapter aligned with the national incentives, strategic objectives, and achieving chapter targets. I work on key communications and initiatives that define and execute the strategic direction for the chapter. I also help coordinate all oxyGEN meetings and maintain relationships with other ERGs and leadership teams.

Day-to-Day: Principal Business Strategy, Operational Efficiency

My name is Ana Dominguez, and I’m located in Dallas, Texas. I’m originally form Cd. Juarez, Chihuahua and I have lived half of my life in Mexico and half in the U.S. My journey at AT&T began in the Technology Development Program, where I gained diverse experience laying a solid foundation for my future endeavors within the company. My next roles capitalized on my expertise in data science and data analytics. I went on to conduct pivotal data analyses to refine the Appointment Excellence program in the Customer Engagement team and led efforts in adopting artificial intelligence technologies to enhance the agent experience in AT&T's Customer Connect in the Centers Experience Team.​ I currently work in the Operational Efficiency team on initiatives to minimize third-party spend driving significant cost savings and operational improvements. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso and a Master's Degree in Data Science from the University of Notre Dame.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I’m passionate about travel and enjoying walks with my three beloved dogs, Peanut Butter, Lily, and Pinky. I also like to take advantage of any opportunity to indulge in tacos, elotes (corn in a cup), and wings.

Reagan Shirk

Dallas Chapter Director of Membership Engagement

oxyGEN Responsibilities:

As the director of membership engagement, my job is to ensure oxyGEN DFW’s membership base are active participants in our events and identify best practices for growing our base. I am also responsible for welcoming new members and ensuring oxyGEN provides our members with networking and development opportunities.

Day-to-Day: Lead Advanced Analytics, AT&T Mobility

My primary responsibility is to determine the value of each customer in our wireless customer base. This includes calculating their profitability, acquisition costs, and their active customer value (ACV). The ACV is an estimate of the customer value for each month, calculated by multiplying their margin by their estimated survival rate. In my free time, I am a musician, powerlifter, and a mom to my 3-year-old Rottweiler/Coonhound mix named Freya and my 13-week-old Great Dane named Juno

oxyGEN Responsibilities:

As the Director of Fundraising my primary role is to facilitate events centered around fundraising for oxyGEN DFW. I'm also responsible for the execution plan of the oxyGEN DFW funding goals. I manage the fundraising committee and am responsible for all oxyGEN DFW Fundraising Events from approving run of show to ensuring the event metrics are captured and reported properly ultimately ensuring the DFW chapter succeeds in its fundraising goals for the year. 

Day-to-Day: Senior Financial Analyst, Mobility Capital

After graduating from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Business- Finance and a minor in Entrepreneurship, I joined the Finance Development Program (FDP) at AT&T. After my FDP rotations in CTO Finance support and Capital Finance consolidations, I returned to the Capital team as a Senior Financial Analyst focusing on our Mobility Capital investment. I oversee our team's monthly reporting, leverage advanced financial platforms to detail our expenditures, and build dashboards to assist leadership with capital allocation decisions. As a new oxyGEN DFW Board member, I am excited to execute on our fundraising goals in my position as Director of Fundraising.

As the Director of Social Events, my role involves fostering community and connection among members by organizing events and activities that align with the group’s mission and goals. Responsibilities include planning and executing quarterly events encouraging professional development, peer networking, and cultural awareness.

Day-to-Day: Senior Specialist Technical Consultant, WCoE.

I am a Technical Consultant, also known as a Relationship Manager. My day-to-day involves overseeing the implementation of our strategic products within our wireline portfolio. I am the liaison between clients and the organization, ensuring a seamless delivery of tailored solutions.

As the Director of Programs, I manage three key areas: Wellbeing, Virtual Development, and Volunteerism. Day-to-Day: AT&T Data Consolidation & Automation Team

Kate Maldonado is a seasoned professional with a robust educational background and extensive experience in data analytics and information technology. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Information Technology with a concentration in Data Analytics from Purdue University, expected to graduate in 2026. Kate has made significant contributions to AT&T, particularly with the Data Consolidation & Automation Team, where she automated DCC App retirement and created Cloud Application Analysis reports, resulting in a substantial reduction in preparation time and saving 10 hours weekly. Additionally, she managed Power BI workspace enhancements, utilizing DAX to improve dashboard visualization and data insights. During the summer of 2023, Kate served as an AT&T TDP Intern, working as a Data Analyst with the Chief Data Office. She excelled in creating impactful dashboards in Power BI and earned third place in the intern innovation challenge, showcasing her innovative capabilities and analytical prowess.
