Tonie Martinez

Dallas Chapter President

oxyGEN Responsibilities:

As the Dallas Chapter President, I steer the ship of day-to-day operations, ensuring our flagship chapter thrives as a vibrant hub for AT&T's young professionals. At the local level, I shape our strategic direction for our chapter, strive to foster a dynamic community, and work to amplify our brand's presence here at our company's headquarters. From orchestrating engaging events that spark innovation and connection among members, to leading fundraising initiatives for our scholarship fund, I do my best to steer the rest of the Dallas leadership team in the right direction. One of my favorite parts of my role is  overseeing the rest of the Dallas local board and meeting new people within and outside of the company.

Day-to-Day: Lead Product Marketing Manager, Commercialization

My name is Tonie Martinez, and I’m located in Dallas, Texas. I am a proud Latina, born and raised in Laredo, Texas. I can speak, read, and write Spanish fluently and I am currently working on polishing up my French and learning Arabic.  Coming from a strong Mexican-American household, family is everything to me. I graduated from Texas A&M International University in 2019 and started my career  in the B2B Sales Development Program in 2021. As Lead Product Marketing Manager, I will be responsible for identifying new revenue opportunities, by generating leads, tracking lead close rates and quantifying ROI, while building and fostering relationships with decision makers across various business verticals, for the Mid Market organization through event marketing execution. I am flexible to working individually and in team environments and believe I add value to our teams by being an active listener and a catalyst for execution on team strategies.

My passions include playing board games, traveling, photography, singing and listening to music, learning about different cultures, and going to the gym. I am a huge Taylor Swift fan, and you will most likely catch me singing her music at least once a day. I have a dog baby named Flabio, she is a 13-year-old Chihuahua.

My dedication and results-driven approach were recognized early in my career, earning me the prestigious honor of my first Diamond a testament to my commitment and ability to excel in a dynamic, competitive environment. As I look towards 2024, I'm excited to continue pushing the boundaries of digital sales and am ambitiously working towards securing my second Diamond Award and S3 Progression.
