oxyGEN: Chief Executive Officer

As the chief executive officer, my main responsibility is to develop and execute the organization’s overall strategy. In addition to this, I also oversee our oxyGEN National Board and communicate with all stakeholders. My goal is to elevate oxyGEN by strengthening our operations,  honing in on our technology and marketing functions, and enriching the value that we provide our members.

Day-to-Day: Member of Technical Staff (Advanced Technology & Systems)

Tim is a Member of Technical Staff in the Network Service Quality Management team at AT&T Advanced Technology & Systems where he is driving data insights and solutioning network automation in ECOMP/ONAP to enhance Operations. Key responsibilities include partnering with teams to understand pain points, mining data to gain understanding, and innovating software solutions to improve operational efficiency. Specialties: Machine Learning, Big Data, Data Analysis, Software Defined Networking (SDN), Network Function Virtualization (NFV), Product Design

OXYGEN Responsibilities: Co-CEO OXYGEN National

As Co-CEO of oxyGEN, Thomas provides thoughtful and transparent leadership grounded in servant leadership principles. Thomas skillfully manages oxyGEN's strategic partnerships and relationships with AT&T's Culture & Inclusion initiatives, Employee Resource Groups, Executive Sponsors, and both National and Chapter Boards. His comprehensive oversight spans oxyGEN's finances, operations, program development, marketing strategies, and compliance, ensuring the organization's sustained growth and impact.  

Day-to-Day: Director Technical Sourcing, Global Supply Chain

Thomas serves as Director of Technical Sourcing within AT&T's Global Supply Chain, based in Dallas, TX. He has leveraged over 25 years of telecommunications industry experience to drive operational excellence and innovation. Thomas brings a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen in areas such as technical contract negotiations, vendor management, proposal evaluation, and consulting. His leadership fosters cross-functional collaboration and empowers diverse teams to deliver impactful results.

oxyGEN Responsibilities: Chief of Staff

As a Chief of Staff, my primary focus is board development and management. This includes internal communications and management of the National oxyGEN board members, along with facilitating and keeping a record of our board meetings.  I am also in charge of building relationships with and managing both our Board of Advisors (usually AT&T officers) and Board of Directors (past national board members) who advise oxyGEN. I lead the annual election process for the National Board and supporting local chapter elections (along with the Regional Presidents and Regional Chiefs of Staff), and I’m responsible for updates to the organization’s bylaws and internal record keeping at the national level. oxyGEN Responsibilities: Interim Social Media Director I develop and execute social media strategies and communications plans. I design, write and publish content on oxyGEN social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook). I collaborate with local chapters and national board members to draft top line messaging that promotes awareness of our organizational goals, programs and initiatives. I also track audience engagement on our various social media channels and ensure all published content is timely, meaningful and impactful for the intended audience.

Day to day: Lead Channel Manager, Channel Marketing

I am a Lead Consultant – Communications manager. I am a member of the AT&T Technology Services (ATS) Chief of Staff team responsible for supporting our Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Officer. Key responsibilities include SharePoint and MS Teams platform development and management, team event planning, employee engagement, DEI programs and initiatives oversight.

oxyGEN Responsibilities: Chief Operations Officer  As Chief Operations Officer, John is responsible for managing and supporting the oxyGEN chapters from the national level. This includes making sure membership is engaged and active in the programs that oxyGEN supports. John regularly engages with chapter leaders and membership to guarantee that they are completing the goals and objectives for their locations.

Day-to-Day: Integrated Solutions Manager 

In my 7th year of the Sales and Distribution organization, I’ll have spent more than half of that time as an Integrated Solutions Manager. Daily, I support and lead our direct-sales team throughout South-Eastern Wisconsin. With the unrelenting efforts of my Sales-Support Lead, Brandon Wegner, we work to consistently compete at a high level by serving our customers first. My passion in this role is to find, train and develop leaders.​

oxyGEN Responsibilities:

As the Chief Marketing Officer, I get to have my hands in multiple projects so there's never a dull moment. In my role, I lead our Marketing Committee ensuring our Newsletter gets published, assist with website updates, social media graphics and more.

Day to day: Assistant Store Manager

I am an Assistant Store Manager in the southeast region. My day to day consists of working on the front lines with our customers and leading my team to make a long lasting impact with each customer that comes into the store. I’m a Summit winner with AT&T and a 2022 MDP Graduate.

Day in the life:  

On my free time you can usually find me hanging out with my dog and going out and exploring the city. I am a graduate from Western Governors University with a Bachelors in Business Administration and Marketing.

oxyGEN: Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer, Anthony is responsible for managing the technical side of oxyGEN. Anthony works with the oxyGEN Technology Committee to develop exciting new projects that can be used by both the oxyGEN community and the broader AT&T community. Anthony also works with all members of the community to discuss future ideas for technology-based events.

Day-to-Day: Member of Technical Staff (Advanced Technology & Systems)

Anthony is a Senior Member of Technical Staff in the Network Analytics & Automation team within AT&T Labs where he is developing network automation solutions to maintain and improve AT&T’s network. Key responsibilities include partnering with business partners to discover business logic requirements and developing automated microservices to address said requirements – including the planning, development, testing, and deployment stages.

OXYGEN Responsibilities: Chief Volunteer Officer

As the Chief Volunteer Officer, my focus is on welcoming new members by sending personalized welcome emails to help them feel connected and informed. I am dedicated to fostering a warm and inclusive community, encouraging engagement, and supporting OXYGEN's mission.  

Day-to-Day: Lead L&D Strategist, Learning and Development

I am a Lead Learning & Development Strategist supporting AT&T's Network organization, focusing on Leadership and Technology Development initiatives. I work closely with clients to anticipate training needs and ensure content stays updated. Acting as a liaison between clients and training vendors, l oversee projects from start to finish and leverage detailed reports to craft compelling data-driven stories that showcase progress and impact. As a graduate of Drury University with a Bachelor's in Instructional Technology, I am passionate about delivering learning solutions that empower leaders and technical teams to excel.

oxyGEN Responsibilities:  As a Chief Financial Officer, Jennifer is responsible for all financial matters for the ERG. This includes taxes, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting,  facilitating, managing the Scholarship Program and any other financial needs as they arise. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Senior Project Program Manager Call Center Strategy & Planning Jennifer is a member of the Call Center Strategy and Planning Team. She supports project and planning both for our Internal and External Call Centers to align with the initiatives for the future of AT&T. Key responsibilities include managing several projects at any giving time for both Call Center strategy and future planning. This includes working with many other teams throughout AT&T to remain on schedule. Works on innovating the future of the AT&T Call Center and Customer Service. OXYGEN Responsibilities: Regional President - East

As a regional president - East, Doti acts as liaison between the east, mid-west, and southeast chapters and the national board.

Day-to-Day: Senior Compliance Analyst - HR Benefits

Doti is responsible for supplier governance for all HR suppliers this includes reviewing each agreement, determining the level of risk, and assigning oversight measures to monitor risk levels. This process ensures that all employee data shared with our suppliers is protected. In addition to governance duties, Doti is responsible for BCP, RIM and Access Management for the Benefits organization.

Beyond the Day-to-Day:

Doti can normally be found at local Dallas performing arts venues when not at work. Volunteer Front of House and Concierge team member at the AT&T Performing Arts Center (volunteer of the year 2019 - 2021). Volunteer Ambassador, and employed as Head Usher, Lobby Lead, Desk Attendant and Accessibility Concierge for Broadway Dallas (volunteer of the year 2019, Front of House employee of the month, November 2023). Volunteer host and usher for Dallas Theater center. Regular participation in AHA Heart Walk, and many other company sponsored and community events.
