As the chief executive officer, my main responsibility is to develop and execute the organization’s overall strategy. In addition to this, I also oversee our oxyGEN National Board and communicate with all stakeholders. My goal is to elevate oxyGEN by strengthening our operations,  honing in on our technology and marketing functions, and enriching the value that we provide our members.

Day-to-Day: Member of Technical Staff (Advanced Technology & Systems)

Tim is a Member of Technical Staff in the Network Service Quality Management team at AT&T Advanced Technology & Systems where he is driving data insights and solutioning network automation in ECOMP/ONAP to enhance Operations. Key responsibilities include partnering with teams to understand pain points, mining data to gain understanding, and innovating software solutions to improve operational efficiency. Specialties: Machine Learning, Big Data, Data Analysis, Software Defined Networking (SDN), Network Function Virtualization (NFV), Product Design

As the Chief Marketing Officer, I get to have my hands in multiple projects so there's never a dull moment. In my role, I lead our Marketing Committee ensuring our Newsletter gets published, assist with website updates, social media graphics and more.

Day to day: Assistant Store Manager

I am an Assistant Store Manager in the southeast region. My day to day consists of working on the front lines with our customers and leading my team to make a long lasting impact with each customer that comes into the store. I’m a Summit winner with AT&T and a 2022 MDP Graduate.

Day in the life:  

On my free time you can usually find me hanging out with my dog and going out and exploring the city. I am a graduate from Western Governors University with a Bachelors in Business Administration and Marketing.

oxyGEN Responsibilities:  As Chief Operations Officer, Alicia is responsible for managing and supporting the oxyGEN chapters from the national level. This includes making sure membership is engaged and active in the programs that oxyGEN supports. Alicia regularly engages with chapter leaders and membership to guarantee that they are completing the goals and objectives for their locations.
Day-to-Day: Account Executive, State, Local Government & Education My name is Alicia Pajda and I live in Atlanta, GA with my fiancé and sweet fur baby, Moo. In my current role as Professional – Data Analysis, I own executive reporting and analytics across the Service Delivery organization. I deliver detailed business insights on key metrics and areas of opportunity, driving improved end to end delivery experience, accelerated revenue, and cost savings. I joined AT&T in 2017 through the Technology Development Program, and have held various roles in business analytics, process improvement, data visualization, and project management. In my free time I enjoy running, reading, watching St. Louis Blues Hockey, and playing with my dog.

oxyGEN Responsibilities: As Chief Programs Officer, Michelle is responsible for managing and creating our national Programs and ensuring the Program Committees have what they need to be successful. She also has an important role in the logistics of the events ensuring collateral is sent out in a timely manner and that events are staffed correctly to run smoothly.
Day-to-Day: Senior Sales System Engineer 2 Fiber, National Business Solutions Michelle is a technical consultant to the North Carolina fiber team located in Raleigh, NC with a focus on fiber and internet solutions for small and medium businesses. She supports ten direct fiber sellers and their customers by assisting in developing and designing solutions for business clients that need fiber, cybersecurity, and voice services. Key responsibilities include managing solution implementations, contract and solution design, and technical consulting. Specialties: Program Management, Networking, Negotiations, Marketing, Account Management, Innovating

As Chief Technology Officer, Anthony is responsible for managing the technical side of oxyGEN. Anthony works with the oxyGEN Technology Committee to develop exciting new projects that can be used by both the oxyGEN community and the broader AT&T community. Anthony also works with all members of the community to discuss future ideas for technology-based events.

Day-to-Day: Member of Technical Staff (Advanced Technology & Systems)

Anthony is a Senior Member of Technical Staff in the Network Analytics & Automation team within AT&T Labs where he is developing network automation solutions to maintain and improve AT&T’s network. Key responsibilities include partnering with business partners to discover business logic requirements and developing automated microservices to address said requirements – including the planning, development, testing, and deployment stages.

oxyGEN Responsibilities:  As a Chief Financial Officer, Jennifer is responsible for all financial matters for the ERG. This includes taxes, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting,  facilitating, managing the Scholarship Program and any other financial needs as they arise.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Senior Project Program Manager Call Center Strategy & Planning Jennifer is a member of the Call Center Strategy and Planning Team. She supports project and planning both for our Internal and External Call Centers to align with the initiatives for the future of AT&T. Key responsibilities include managing several projects at any giving time for both Call Center strategy and future planning. This includes working with many other teams throughout AT&T to remain on schedule. Works on innovating the future of the AT&T Call Center and Customer Service.

oxyGEN Responsibilities:

As a Chief of Staff, my primary focus is board development and management. This includes internal communications and management of the National oxyGEN board members, along with facilitating and keeping a record of our board meetings.  I am also in charge of building relationships with and managing both our Board of Advisors (usually AT&T officers) and Board of Directors (past national board members) who advise oxyGEN. I lead the annual election process for the National Board and supporting local chapter elections (along with the Regional Presidents and Regional Chiefs of Staff), and I’m responsible for updates to the organization’s bylaws and internal record keeping at the national level.

Day-to-Day: Principal Program Manager, AT&T HR Mergers & Acquisitions

I am a Principal Program Manager in HR Mergers & Acquisitions, and my team is engaged when there is a potential deal that will move employees between AT&T and another company, whether it’s an insourcing, outsourcing, acquisition or divestiture. I usually manage a portfolio of projects with multiple global clients from either Corporate Development, Supply Chain, and/or Sales Channel; and these projects are typically complex and span multiple business units and/or countries. I am responsible for end-to-end project management of the employee transition process, from the due diligence analysis needed to negotiate the employee terms in a new contract to the employee transition when their paycheck actually changes hands to the new company. I partner with a variety of stakeholders and SMEs across AT&T to try to make these transitions as smooth as possible and meet the needs of our business and our employees.
