Join Time to Talk for an invigorating wellness event focused on Grounding Your Body. This session is designed to help you reconnect with your body and mind through guided stretching and breathing techniques led by an experienced yoga instructor, Jacy Watson.

 

During this session, you’ll learn effective ways to reduce stress, enhance focus, and increase overall well-being. Our yoga instructor will guide you through a series of gentle stretches to release tension from common areas such as the neck, shoulders, and back. Additionally, you’ll practice mindful breathing exercises that can help you maintain a calm and centered state throughout your workday.
