Jessica Malone is the CEO of Nacho Average Fro, a lifestyle design company helping high-achievers eliminate burnout by teaching them how to say yes to less. In 2017, Jessica began to examine her own life after experiencing burnout in her sales career. Through her journey, she’s learned that in order to be intentional with your time, you must learn to recognize and remove overwhelm.

 

This workshop is the compilation of our previous conversations on Overwhelm and Time Management.

 

Inside of the Burnout Breakdown, Jessica will review:
