oxyGEN Responsibilities:

As the Michigan Chapter President, I steer the ship of day-to-day operations, ensuring our local chapter thrives as a vibrant hub for AT&T's young professionals. At the local level, I shape our strategic direction for our chapter, strive to foster a dynamic community, and work to amplify our brand's presence here at our company's headquarters. From orchestrating engaging events that spark innovation and connection among members, to leading fundraising initiatives for our scholarship fund, I do my best to steer the rest of the Michigan leadership team in the right direction. One of my favorite parts of my role is  overseeing the rest of the Michigan local board and meeting new people within and outside of the company.

oxyGEN Responsibilities:

In my term as Vice President of the Michigan Chapter, I was able to work with the President to help reconstruct the  positions and roles of the executive board after Covid. As well as, created opportunities to volunteer in our community. My vision and goal is to make sure that we strengthen our brand and ensure that we have a strategy to increase our public awareness. I want to put programs in place that supports the professional development that would create a culture of success for all team members. ​

Day-to-Day: Technical Process/Quality Specialist/Manager​ 

My name is Shawn Green and I am located in Southfield, MI. I have been married to a wonderful man for 28 years and we have 2 beautiful daughters. I have over 24 years of service with AT&T. I am now responsible for balancing workload for Midwest states such as Ohio, Indiana, Illinois and Wisconsin by collecting load information and communicating with field managers and technicians for circuit, IPDSL, POTS, Uverse, installs and all repair orders. I am passionate about helping others. I love to volunteer my time, resources, skills, and talents to people who are in need. ​

oxyGEN Responsibilities:

As Chief-of-Staff for our Michigan chapter, I look to promote participation and growth in the Southeastern Michigan area as we reach across outposts to collaborate with the existing Northern Michigan Outpost leadership. I will bring together a team of leaders to support our President and Vice President toward contributing  to our impact agenda as we begin to define how we will serve to advance our mission. I look to conduct research to understand our core audience, volunteers, participants, and members. Research data, and insights will lead us along a path that increases participation and enhances overall operations.​

oxyGEN Responsibilities:

As Treasurer, my main goal is to come up with new and exciting ways to do fundraisers. As we begin to migrate back towards an office environment, we are hoping to bring many of the fundraisers we used to bring our members back.​

Day-to-Day: Senior Specialist - Technical Process/Quality

I have 22 Years Experience with AT&T most recently in Field Operations as well as Dispatch Optimization Center​. My specialties include customer service, Data Analysis, Escalation Resolution and Technician Routing.​

Fun Fact About Me:

I love volunteering at the PGA Tour’s Rocket Mortgage Classic in Detroit.  Definitely one of my favorite weekends of the year!​
