Hi, my name is Jasmine Ngo! I was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, and I recently moved to Atlanta, Georgia to join AT&T as a Technical Business Manager in the Technology Development Program. I graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a degree in Honors Computer Science and Mathematics, where I worked as a mentor, residential advisor, and research assistant, concentrating in AI in Education. Doti is responsible for supplier governance for all HR suppliers this includes reviewing each agreement, determining the level of risk, and assigning oversight measures to monitor risk levels. This process ensures that all employee data shared with our suppliers is protected. In addition to governance duties, Doti is responsible for BCP, RIM and Access Management for the Benefits organization.Beyond the Day-to-Day:
Doti can normally be found at local Dallas performing arts venues when not at work. Volunteer Front of House and Concierge team member at the AT&T Performing Arts Center (volunteer of the year 2019 - 2021). Volunteer Ambassador, and employed as Head Usher, Lobby Lead, Desk Attendant and Accessibility Concierge for Broadway Dallas (volunteer of the year 2019, Front of House employee of the month, November 2023). My name is Giselle Brizuela, and I am based in Atlanta, GA. Throughout my almost 15-year career I have held roles and excelled in inventory management, retail, quality management, sales operations, business management and now marketing. I have a Masters degree from Texas A&M University in Ag Economics and have graduated from AT&T management development program (MDP) in 2023. I am married to my wonderful wife Leticia and we have two amazing kids: Iza and Alex. We rescued our boxer mix pup Gigi 3 years ago and she’s a delight. We are all soccer lovers and spend quite a bit of time on soccer fields. I speak 3 languages and enjoy learning all I can about AI. My next roles capitalized on my expertise in data science and data analytics. I went on to conduct pivotal data analyses to refine the Appointment Excellence program in the Customer Engagement team and led efforts in adopting artificial intelligence technologies to enhance the agent experience in AT&T's Customer Connect in the Centers Experience Team. I currently work in the Operational Efficiency team on initiatives to minimize third-party spend driving significant cost savings and operational improvements. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso and a Master's Degree in Data Science from the University of Notre Dame.
