My goal is to help build a community within oxyGEN where members feel seen, valued, and supported in both their personal and professional journeys. Hi, my name is Jasmine Ngo! I was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, and I recently moved to Atlanta, Georgia to join AT&T as a Technical Business Manager in the Technology Development Program. I graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a degree in Honors Computer Science and Mathematics, where I worked as a mentor, residential advisor, and research assistant, concentrating in AI in Education. Throughout my experiences, I’ve found that I’m most inspired when I’m helping others grow, whether it is supporting students as they navigate their education or now, as I develop my career in technology and business. The Director of Scholarships at OXYGEN ERG oversees the management of scholarship program, supporting the organization’s mission to provide educational opportunities. This role ensures effective outreach, application, and selection processes, while working with partners to broaden access and impact.

Day-to-Day: Director, External & Legislative Affairs

I lead the coordination and execution of external affairs initiatives in Central and Southern Illinois, focusing on public policy, government relations, and strategic communications. I proactively engage with government officials, community leaders, and industry partners to build and maintain strong, productive relationships. My daily responsibilities include developing and implementing advocacy strategies, monitoring legislative and regulatory developments, and representing the company’s interests at various levels of government. I work closely with internal teams to align our messaging and ensure our positions are clearly communicated to stakeholders. I also manage community engagement efforts, organize events, and respond to external inquiries to enhance our corporate reputation.

As the Chief Volunteer Officer, my focus is on welcoming new members by sending personalized welcome emails to help them feel connected and informed. I am dedicated to fostering a warm and inclusive community, encouraging engagement, and supporting OXYGEN's mission.

OXYGEN Responsibilities: Regional President - East

As a regional president - East, Doti acts as liaison between the east, mid-west, and southeast chapters and the national board.

Day-to-Day: Senior Compliance Analyst - HR Benefits

Doti is responsible for supplier governance for all HR suppliers this includes reviewing each agreement, determining the level of risk, and assigning oversight measures to monitor risk levels. This process ensures that all employee data shared with our suppliers is protected. In addition to governance duties, Doti is responsible for BCP, RIM and Access Management for the Benefits organization.

Beyond the Day-to-Day:

Doti can normally be found at local Dallas performing arts venues when not at work. Volunteer Front of House and Concierge team member at the AT&T Performing Arts Center (volunteer of the year 2019 - 2021). Volunteer Ambassador, and employed as Head Usher, Lobby Lead, Desk Attendant and Accessibility Concierge for Broadway Dallas (volunteer of the year 2019, Front of House employee of the month, November 2023). Volunteer host and usher for Dallas Theater center. Regular participation in AHA Heart Walk, and many other company sponsored and community events.

Thomas serves as Director of Technical Sourcing within AT&T's Global Supply Chain, based in Dallas, TX. He has leveraged over 25 years of telecommunications industry experience to drive operational excellence and innovation. Thomas brings a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen in areas such as technical contract negotiations, vendor management, proposal evaluation, and consulting. His leadership fosters cross-functional collaboration and empowers diverse teams to deliver impactful results.

oxyGEN Responsibilities: OXYGEN Regional President

 As a regional president, Atul is responsible for collaboration and planning of activities that benefit the membership community. Atul regularly leads meetings to plan volunteer activities within the east region. Atul guides the board of directors in planning initiatives that our diverse experienced community has asked for and identify any obstacles that may prevent delivering of volunteer activities.

Day-to-Day: Lead Software Engineer: Automation Platform Development 

Atul is Lead Software Engineer within the Automation Platform Development with main responsibility being technical vendor manager and team lead. He supports 41 middleware applications on Azure and on Premise. He manages team related issues, deliveries, driving vulnerability remediation and providing escalation leadership to the team. Key responsibilities include partnering with teams to address critical issues, support them with escalations, vulnerability reports, and is a Sox Compliance lead. He is constantly improving process for addressing vulnerabilities and technical issues that block the development and delivery process.

OXYGEN Responsibilities: Midwest Region Vice President

As the Vice President of the Midwest Region for OXYGEN, I play a crucial role in enhancing understanding, increasing retention, and developing leadership skills of AT&T’s employees through cross-generational programs, activities, and resources. I support the President in ensuring the group fulfills its mission and represents the group to the company leadership team and other outside organizations. I Support the Illinois Outstate South area assisting the AD Field Managers and techs with all their clerical needs. Kate Maldonado is a seasoned professional with a robust educational background and extensive experience in data analytics and information technology. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Information Technology with a concentration in Data Analytics from Purdue University, expected to graduate in 2026. Kate has made significant contributions to AT&T, particularly with the Data Consolidation & Automation Team, where she automated DCC App retirement and created Cloud Application Analysis reports, resulting in a substantial reduction in preparation time and saving 10 hours weekly. Additionally, she managed Power BI workspace enhancements, utilizing DAX to improve dashboard visualization and data insights. During the summer of 2023, Kate served as an AT&T TDP Intern, working as a Data Analyst with the Chief Data Office. She excelled in creating impactful dashboards in Power BI and earned third place in the intern innovation challenge, showcasing her innovative capabilities and analytical prowess.

oxyGEN Responsibilities: Social Media Director

I develop and execute social media strategies and communications plans. I design, write and publish content on oxyGEN social media platforms (LinkedIn, Viva Engage, Instagram and Facebook). I collaborate with local chapters and national board members to draft top line messaging that promotes awareness of our organizational goals, programs and initiatives. I also track audience engagement on our various social media channels and ensure all published content is timely, meaningful and impactful for the intended audience.

As a Sr. Client Services Project Manager for FedGov customers like the Department of Defense (DoD), I serve as the primary liaison , ensuring clear communication and understanding of client needs and objectives. As the Event Marketing Director, I primarily ensure the all of the events oxyGEN puts on gets marketed properly. This includes ensuring the teams putting together the events have everything they need to make sure they are successful as well as adding them to our website, ensuring they events are sent out to our members and posted on our social media platforms within a timely response. 

Day-to-Day: Principal Network Project/Program Management, Engineering & Operations 

I am a principal network project and program manager in Engineering and Operations working on cloud projects. I manage the infrastructure projects for the Deep Network Integration program, which supports application moves to the cloud. I am also managing the IPE migration to the new P-Leaf infrastructure and the production proof of concept for Segment Routing. Key responsibilities include building strong, collaborative teams, identifying and filling gaps, and delivering projects on time.

Kate Hill serves as the Director of Learning & Development, where she plays a key role in designing and implementing initiatives that promote professional growth, leadership development, and career advancement. In this capacity, Kate develops customized workshops, facilitates mentorship programs, and curates resources that foster an inclusive environment supporting lifelong learning and skill-building.

oxyGEN Responsibilities:

As the Director of Fundraising my primary role is to facilitate events centered around fundraising for oxyGEN DFW. I'm also responsible for the execution plan of the oxyGEN DFW funding goals. I manage the fundraising committee and am responsible for all oxyGEN DFW Fundraising Events from approving run of show to ensuring the event metrics are captured and reported properly ultimately ensuring the DFW chapter succeeds in its fundraising goals for the year. 

Day-to-Day: Senior Financial Analyst, Mobility Capital

After graduating from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Business- Finance and a minor in Entrepreneurship, I joined the Finance Development Program (FDP) at AT&T. After my FDP rotations in CTO Finance support and Capital Finance consolidations, I returned to the Capital team as a Senior Financial Analyst focusing on our Mobility Capital investment. I oversee our team's monthly reporting, leverage advanced financial platforms to detail our expenditures, and build dashboards to assist leadership with capital allocation decisions. As a new oxyGEN DFW Board member, I am excited to execute on our fundraising goals in my position as Director of Fundraising.​​

As the director of membership engagement, my job is to ensure oxyGEN DFW’s membership base are active participants in our events and identify best practices for growing our base. I am also responsible for welcoming new members and ensuring oxyGEN provides our members with networking and development opportunities.

Day-to-Day: Lead Advanced Analytics, AT&T Mobility

My primary responsibility is to determine the value of each customer in our wireless customer base. This includes calculating their profitability, acquisition costs, and their active customer value (ACV). The ACV is an estimate of the customer value for each month, calculated by multiplying their margin by their estimated survival rate. In my free time, I am a musician, powerlifter, and a mom to my 3-year-old Rottweiler/Coonhound mix named Freya and my 13-week-old Great Dane named Juno ​

oxyGEN: Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer, Anthony is responsible for managing the technical side of oxyGEN. Anthony works with the oxyGEN Technology Committee to develop exciting new projects that can be used by both the oxyGEN community and the broader AT&T community. Anthony also works with all members of the community to discuss future ideas for technology-based events.

Day-to-Day: Member of Technical Staff (Advanced Technology & Systems)

Anthony is a Senior Member of Technical Staff in the Network Analytics & Automation team within AT&T Labs where he is developing network automation solutions to maintain and improve AT&T’s network. Key responsibilities include partnering with business partners to discover business logic requirements and developing automated microservices to address said requirements – including the planning, development, testing, and deployment stages.

oxyGEN Responsibilities:

As President of OXYGEN Midwest Chapter I am responsible for guiding our board of directors through all our engagements. I coordinate our board meetings, provide insight and guidance to each board members area of expertise, and actively participate in networking and community engagement events.

Day-to-Day: Manager of Network Services, AFO

I serve in the AT&T Field Operations organization as a SR Specialist Enablement Manager. My day-to-day responsibilities vary because my primary focus is to remove work from the first level field managers plates. Some days that means doing field observations and safety competencies with our technicians; on other days I may be in the office working on various projects for our director. I am the SPOC for our fleet vehicles, capital assets, and our community engagement advocate

Outside of AT&T, I enjoy spending time with my family travelling. My favorite place to visit is San Juan, Puerto Rico.​

oxyGEN Responsibilities:

As a chief of staff, I wear a lot of different hats. I work on key communication materials and coordinate logistics of various events. I help coordinate all oxyGEN meetings, take notes, and track meeting follow-up items. I track high priority initiatives and identify any obstacles that may be in the way. I also help maintain relationships with our Board of Advisors and Board of Directors. ​

Day-to-Day:Customer Contracts Specialist, Network Engineering & Operations​ 

My team supports AT&T Engineering Contracts and Projects in 12 states. Key responsibilities include providing a white glove experience for our customers and non-customers with Engineering and Operational Projects. ​

oxyGEN Responsibilities: Chief Operations Officer  As Chief Operations Officer, John is responsible for managing and supporting the oxyGEN chapters from the national level. This includes making sure membership is engaged and active in the programs that oxyGEN supports. John regularly engages with chapter leaders and membership to guarantee that they are completing the goals and objectives for their locations.

Day-to-Day: Integrated Solutions Manager 

In my 7th year of the Sales and Distribution organization, I’ll have spent more than half of that time as an Integrated Solutions Manager. Daily, I support and lead our direct-sales team throughout South-Eastern Wisconsin. With the unrelenting efforts of my Sales-Support Lead, Brandon Wegner, we work to consistently compete at a high level by serving our customers first. My passion in this role is to find, train and develop leaders.​

OXYGEN Responsibilities: Social Media Director As the social media director for Southeast, I manage our chapter's internal and external social media channels. I plan, create, and post engaging content to our channels on a regular basis to keep members informed of chapter news and upcoming events at the local and national level. As required, I may also draft copy/captions, create graphics, or photograph events as an extension of my content creation responsibilities. Post-event, I ensure event attendees "follow" us to promote social media page growth, and I also ensure any questions or comments that we receive through our channels are answered in a timely manner.

Day-to-Day: Lead Tech Vendor Manager 

My name is Giselle Brizuela, and I am based in Atlanta, GA. I joined AT&T in 2024 and work as a Lead Tech Vendor Manager in the Technology Services business unit, supporting our strategic vendors within IT infrastructure services. I manage our vendors and contracts by ensuring vendor compliance, service level adherence, and completion of contract deliverables, as well as by working alongside our Business, Global Supply Chain, and Legal teams on required contract negotiation activities and other sourcing events. I am passionate about education and mentorship, and for the last 5 years I have volunteered with my alma mater’s mentorship program to mentor undergrad students seeking guidance with interview skills, job search, networking, resume writing, professional goal setting, and more.

When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, playing with my black lab, reading, traveling, hiking, concerts & musicals, cooking, watching movies, and gardening.​

As the Southeast Region President, I steer the ship of day-to-day operations, ensuring our chapter thrives as a vibrant hub for AT&T's young professionals. At the local level, I shape our strategic direction for our chapter, strive to foster a dynamic community, and work to amplify our brand's presence here at our company's headquarters. From orchestrating engaging events that spark innovation and connection among members, to leading fundraising initiatives for our scholarship fund, I do my best to steer the rest of the Atlanta leadership team in the right direction. One of my favorite parts of my role is overseeing the rest of the Atlanta local board and meeting new people within and outside of the company. 

Day-to-Day: Lead Marketing Manager, AT&T Prepaid Portfolio 

Vardan here. Pronounced like garden but with a v. I am a lead marketing manager at Cricket Wireless and my primary responsibility is the merchandising marketing budget and communication. Throughout my almost 15-year career I have held roles and excelled in inventory management, retail, quality management, sales operations, business management and now marketing. I have a Masters degree from Texas A&M University in Ag Economics and have graduated from AT&T management development program (MDP) in 2023. I am passionate about new technology, efficiency and leadership.    

I am married to my wonderful wife Leticia and we have two amazing kids: Iza and Alex. We rescued our boxer mix pup Gigi 3 years ago and she’s a delight. We are all soccer lovers and spend quite a bit of time on soccer fields. I speak 3 languages and enjoy learning all I can about AI. My goal is to lead AI deployment and utilization within organizations. ​

As a Chief of Staff, I am responsible for keeping the chapter aligned with the national incentives, strategic objectives, and achieving chapter targets. I work on key communications and initiatives that define and execute the strategic direction for the chapter. My name is Ana Dominguez, and I’m located in Dallas, Texas. I’m originally form Cd. Juarez, Chihuahua and I have lived half of my life in Mexico and half in the U.S. My journey at AT&T began in the Technology Development Program, where I gained diverse experience laying a solid foundation for my future endeavors within the company. My next roles capitalized on my expertise in data science and data analytics. I went on to conduct pivotal data analyses to refine the Appointment Excellence program in the Customer Engagement team and led efforts in adopting artificial intelligence technologies to enhance the agent experience in AT&T's Customer Connect in the Centers Experience Team.​ I currently work in the Operational Efficiency team on initiatives to minimize third-party spend driving significant cost savings and operational improvements. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso and a Master's Degree in Data Science from the University of Notre Dame.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I’m passionate about travel and enjoying walks with my three beloved dogs, Peanut Butter, Lily, and Pinky. I also like to take advantage of any opportunity to indulge in tacos, elotes (corn in a cup), and wings.

As Communication Chair of oxyGEN Dallas, Jasmine is responsible for creating monthly newsletters that is sent out to the Dallas chapter members. This allows Jasmine to utilize Figma and Word to design newsletters, stay connected with activities and events happening for the Dallas chapter and in the city of Dallas.

Day-to-Day: UX Researcher - Design Technology

Jasmine is a Sr. UX Researcher part of the CXDT (Customer Experience + Design Technology) team focusing on discovery research for our partners understanding the user journey, pain points, and opportunity areas. She works closely with UX designers and content designers to test and deliver concepts or prototypes to inform the business on what will improve the customer experience in the future.

oxyGEN Responsibilities:

As a treasure for Dallas chapter, Connie is responsible for all financial matters for the chapter. This includes financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, facilitating, managing the fundraisers and any other financial needs as they arise. Connie also actively steps in and helps other functions as needed.

Day-to-Day: Corporate Strategy - Strategic Alliances

Connie, a recent graduate from the FLDP program, now takes charge of strategy and relationship management with important digital players and alliances. Her main task is to find and maximize growth opportunities for AT&T.​

oxyGEN Responsibilities: Chief of Staff

As a Chief of Staff, my primary focus is board development and management. This includes internal communications and management of the National oxyGEN board members, along with facilitating and keeping a record of our board meetings.  I am also in charge of building relationships with and managing both our Board of Advisors (usually AT&T officers) and Board of Directors (past national board members) who advise oxyGEN. I lead the annual election process for the National Board and supporting local chapter elections (along with the Regional Presidents and Regional Chiefs of Staff), and I’m responsible for updates to the organization’s bylaws and internal record keeping at the national level. oxyGEN Responsibilities: Interim Social Media Director I develop and execute social media strategies and communications plans. I design, write and publish content on oxyGEN social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook). I collaborate with local chapters and national board members to draft top line messaging that promotes awareness of our organizational goals, programs and initiatives. I also track audience engagement on our various social media channels and ensure all published content is timely, meaningful and impactful for the intended audience.

Day to day: Lead Channel Manager, Channel Marketing

I am a Lead Consultant – Communications manager. I am a member of the AT&T Technology Services (ATS) Chief of Staff team responsible for supporting our Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Officer. Key responsibilities include SharePoint and MS Teams platform development and management, team event planning, employee engagement, DEI programs and initiatives oversight.

As the Chief Marketing Officer, I get to have my hands in multiple projects so there's never a dull moment. In my role, I lead our Marketing Committee ensuring our Newsletter gets published, assist with website updates, social media graphics and more.

Day to day: Assistant Store Manager

I am an Assistant Store Manager in the southeast region. My day to day consists of working on the front lines with our customers and leading my team to make a long lasting impact with each customer that comes into the store. I’m a Summit winner with AT&T and a 2022 MDP Graduate.

Day in the life:  

On my free time you can usually find me hanging out with my dog and going out and exploring the city. I am a graduate from Western Governors University with a Bachelors in Business Administration and Marketing.

As the chief executive officer, my main responsibility is to develop and execute the organization’s overall strategy. In addition to this, I also oversee our oxyGEN National Board and communicate with all stakeholders. My goal is to elevate oxyGEN by strengthening our operations,  honing in on our technology and marketing functions, and enriching the value that we provide our members.

Day-to-Day: Member of Technical Staff (Advanced Technology & Systems)

Tim is a Member of Technical Staff in the Network Service Quality Management team at AT&T Advanced Technology & Systems where he is driving data insights and solutioning network automation in ECOMP/ONAP to enhance Operations. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Senior Project Program Manager Call Center Strategy & Planning Jennifer is a member of the Call Center Strategy and Planning Team. She supports project and planning both for our Internal and External Call Centers to align with the initiatives for the future of AT&T. Key responsibilities include managing several projects at any giving time for both Call Center strategy and future planning.
