She has acted as Client Sponsor for Internal Cloud Services\, Content Delivery/ Data Services\, Video Conferencing Services\, and Medical Info Systems. \nJoyce is a lifelong learner\, with degrees from multiple institutions\, including a mini MBA for Technology Managers and Engineers – IEEE/Rutgers\, Masters Certificate Project Management – Stevens Institute of Technology/ AT&T and MS Systems Engineering & BA – Economic/Chemistry – Howard University. \nJoyce enjoys mentoring students\, and is an Employee Group Leader\, and D&I Champion. She also enjoys traveling\, cooking and fitness.
